Activus Transport is seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Full time Customer Services Officer to join our team in the Sutherland Shire region of NSW. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, within a not-for-profit community transport provider serving older people, people living with disability and transport-disadvantaged residents.
You will answer calls, emails and website enquiries, assist customers with service information and transport needs, and maintain CRM data.
