The Role
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Creating outstanding and memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
Building genuine relationships and earning the trust of customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Managing your sales process with an owner's mindset, taking pride and accountability in your results.
Adapting to a dynamic environment and embracing new ideas, technologies, and ways of working.
Working collaboratively with your team and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.
About You
You are a motivated sales professional who:
Has exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Is hungry for success and motivated by achieving results.
Brings a positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn.
Performs at your best in a busy, high-energy environment.
Has robust organization skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Holds a current and valid driver's license.
Previous automotive sales experience or a Motor Salesperson/Dealer License is highly regarded, but not essential.
