Pathway Talent is recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to provide in-home disability support in the Tweed Heads region. This permanent part time role offers 40 hours per fortnight on a 24/7 roster, focusing on personal care, meal prep, medication support and daily living tasks while encouraging independence.
You will build genuine relationships with customers and families, maintain records and collaborate with the support team to meet individual goals.
