Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a dockworker, to join their client in Port Melbourne VIC. The site is a sea terminal for the storage and movement of motor vehicles.
The successful applicant will have completed and pass a police check. The ideal candidate will be someone who is mechanically minded or have a hobby around cars and modifications.
Duties and responsibilities involved/ requirements:
Test all electronics, including radio and dash system, AC, lights etc.
Check for fluid leaks (oil, brake fluid), check tyre pressure.
Use of hoist and car jacks.
Move vehicles around the car slots and undercover storage areas.
Qualifications / Experience:
Mechanically minded.
Must pass a police check.
Be able to provide a driving history.
Forklift license - but not essential.




MSIC card is preferred.
Must be available Monday to Friday.
Punctual & reliable.
Physically fit.
