DCOH is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive major residential subdivision projects from feasibility through to construction in Darwin. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules and risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across planning approvals and contracts.
You will partner with clients, consultants, authorities and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time outcomes while maintaining a focus on value engineering and commercial performance.
