Roy Gripske and Sons are a family owned and run business seekinga storeperson with a good work ethic who will demonstrate the necessary skills and motivation to assist in the day to day operation of our distribution centre in Laverton North.
Led by the Branch Manager, you will be part of the warehouse team primarily involved in picking and packing of customer orders. Your tasks will include:
Picking and packing of goods for dispatch, from small boxes to large pallet items
Receipt of stock into the warehouse (including unloading of containers)
Replenishing shelves
Forklift driving (if licenced) - Loading and unloading trucks, storing pallet items
Completing regular stock takes
General warehouse and housekeeping duties

Our business has a solid sense of team, and you must be a team player able to fit in with the culture of the current team - strong work ethic, positive attitude and a willingness to 'put in'. You must be physically fit and able to undertake lifting of up to 20kg. Though not essential, a forklift ticket, and previous warehousing experience would be highly regarded, as would experience using RF guns
