Mercor is seeking an experienced FP&A; skilled to own planning and forecasting processes. You will build baselines for annual budgets and multi-year plans, then deliver rolling reforecasts reflecting actuals and drivers.
You will produce monthly management reporting packs with variance commentary and profitability analysis by product, customer or segment, and forecast revenue from bookings and demand signals. Collaboration with finance and business teams is essential.
