About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee financial forecasting, resource allocation, and risk management while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Working closely with the Head of Delivery and Managing Director and other key stakeholders, you will drive strategic project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Project Governance: Establish consistent project management processes, manage risks, and provide transparent progress updates to senior leadership.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, forecasting, costs, and profitability, identifying financial risks and controlling overruns.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key link between clients, internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and leadership, resolving issues and managing expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Improve project processes, reduce waste, adopt new technologies, and strengthen coordination between manufacturing and project delivery.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including regular site audits.
About You:
Extensive experience in project management, delivery, or construction, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
Strong expertise in project execution, resource allocation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, risk management, compliance, and lean project execution methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes.
