The Role
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will:




Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Identify and interpret parts requirements
Provide advice on parts, availability and lead times
Prepare quotes and process sales orders
Recommend suitable parts and alternatives
Follow up orders and customer enquiries
Maintain accurate parts and stock information
Assist with packing and dispatch when required
About You
You will ideally have experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, particularly within automotive, machinery, motorcycles or a similar industry.
We're looking for:
Strong spare parts and product knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Confidence dealing with customers
Ability to identify parts and understand product information
Experience with ordering or inventory systems
A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach
