The Position:
This is a night shift position,
11:00pm - 7:00am
, and is suited to an individual capable of learning and taking ownership of a critical production process, while working effectively within a team environment. Full training provided through a structured on‐the‐job buddy system
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience is required for this position.
Pay and Shifts
Hourly rate: $***** – $*****
(inclusive of shift loading)
A higher starting rate may be offered based on relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
Training period:
3 weeks of training and induction on
day shift (7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday)
During this period,
shift loading does not apply
What you will do:
Operation and monitoring of large, complex industrial machinery
Adjusting and maintaining production processes to meet quality standards
What you will bring:
Robust focus on Occupational Health and Safety and quality standards
Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
Trade or heavy industrial background advantageous
