Pacific Ocean Brewing in NSW is seeking an experienced cook or chef to take ownership of the kitchen, lead by example and drive the food program forward alongside our brewery team. You will work with existing staff to maintain high standards, contribute to menu development, and help optimise kitchen systems.
You will train teammates, manage stock and presentation, and participate in growth-focused initiatives with a performance bonus for food-side growth.
