Impress Photography is looking for an experienced Photo Editor / Production Team Leader to join our team at our Hawthorn studio.
For more than 10 years, Impress Photography has been one of Melbourne's leading photographic studios, specialising in high-end commercial and residential real estate photography, aerial photography and video, as well as hotel, tourism and lifestyle photography and video.
We have built our reputation around producing exceptional-quality work, providing outstanding service to our clients and continually evolving the way we work. We are now looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality, people and innovation to take a key role within our production team.
This position would ideally suit someone who combines strong technical photo editing skills with excellent leadership, communication and client service skills.
Ideally, you will already have experience working within real estate photography, property marketing or a high-volume creative production setting, and understand the importance of quality, consistency and fast turnaround times.
We are looking for someone who can lead from the front — someone who enjoys working with people, can manage competing priorities, has high standards and is equally comfortable working alongside our production team as they are communicating directly with clients.
