About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Team Lead (RN) to provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support to our community nursing workforce.
Based in our Moorabbin Head Office and working part-time (30 hours per week), this role is ideal for a clinically confident Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys supporting others to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Working closely with the Clinical Services Manager and broader Client Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clinical excellence across a diverse range of community-based services, while mentoring and guiding nurses across the business.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching and operational support to the nursing workforce
Support safe and consistent delivery of community-based clinical care services
Act as a key escalation point for clinical issues, incidents and complex care needs
Assist with workforce planning, onboarding and competency sign‐off processes
Support clinical compliance, medication management and high-risk service oversight
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff delivering wound care, palliative care, catheter care, enteral feeding and other complex supports
Promote person-centred, evidence-informed practice across the clinical workforce
Build robust relationships with clients, families,
healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
Participate in the clinical on‐call rotation and provide after-hours support as required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical quality outcomes
About You
You're an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical capability and a genuine passion for leading and developing others. You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and teams alike.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous leadership or team supervision experience
Experience within community, aged care or home-based care settings
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and support clinical staff
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyConfidence managing clinical escalations, incidents and complex care situations
Proficiency using client management systems and Microsoft Office
Current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Work the hours that suit you. This role is 30 hours per week, which could be worked across 4 days or 5 shorter hour days. The role will be hybrid once the initial training period is complete.
