Practice Manager – Patient Experience & Team Leadership
We are looking for an experienced Practice Managerwho understands that a truly outstanding dental practice is about more than clinical care. It is about how people are welcomed, how they are treated, how the setting feels, and the small details that make every visit memorable.

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Directors to lead the practice, support our team and continually elevate the patient experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for bringing together people, service and operations to create a practice that runs beautifully and feels exceptional.
Your responsibilities will include:
Championing an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through to the final farewell
Creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment for every patient
Leading the team with positivity, confidence and a genuine service mindset
Setting and maintaining high standards of presentation, communication and customer care
Coaching the team to anticipate patients' needs rather than simply responding to them
Ensuring patient concerns and feedback are handled with empathy, professionalism and care
Working closely with our Directors to continually improve the patient journey
Managing daily workflows, rostering, training and team performance
Ensuring the practice operates smoothly, efficiently and consistently
Supporting the team during busy periods and leading from the front
Building a culture where everyone understands that patient experience is everyone's responsibility

You are someone who naturally notices the details.
You notice when a patient looks uncertain and needs reassurance. You notice when the reception area could be better presented. You remember names. You understand the importance of tone of voice, body language and a warm welcome.
Most importantly, you understand that exceptional service often comes from the things patients never have to ask for.
