Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to support Residential Aged Care clients across Maitland, Minlaton and Kadina, SA, in a full time, permanent role Monday–Friday. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver mobility and functional therapy programs, care plan reviews, and one-to-one and group activities.
We value a patient-centred approach, with general AHPRA registration and willingness to work mobile within a dedicated region.
