headspace Lismore and headspace Tweed Heads are seeking an experienced General or Nurse Practitioner to join our welcoming and collaborative team. This is a unique chance to provide holistic care to young people aged ***** years in a well-established, multidisciplinary environment where care and clinical risk are shared across the team.

About headspace
headspace provides early intervention services for young people aged ***** years. We support young people experiencing challenges related to mental health, alcohol and other drugs, physical and sexual health, and work and study.
Our model of care is collaborative, youth-focused and designed to provide the right level of support at the right time.
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner
Must be set up as a Private practitioner
Current Working with Children Check
Current National Police Check
