ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Macquarie team.
This is an opportunity for a confident and commercially minded retail leader who enjoys taking ownership of a store, developing a team and creating an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store — from sales and commercial results through to team development, customer experience and presentation standards.
We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, set a robust standard for their team and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are motivated to achieve great results.
Previous footwear or fashion experience is advantageous, but not essential. More important is your ability to lead people, drive performance and deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.
