About The Role
Responsible for actively prospecting and securing new business across print and 3D signage to keep the business's flatbed printer running at maximum capacity. You'll work directly with clients, architects and designers to scope, estimate and win comprehensive signage packages — from 3D fabricated lettering and illuminated signs to pylons and architectural wayfinding — while building long-term relationships with key accounts, trade partners and commercial builders.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and secure new business to keep the flatbed printer running at maximum capacity, targeting high-yield sectors including retail rollouts, commercial fit-outs, exhibitions/events, and industrial flatbed applications.
Estimate comprehensive signage packages including 3D fabricated lettering, illuminated signs, pylons, and architectural wayfinding.




Work directly with clients, architects and designers to recommend the right substrates, print finishes and structural 3D fabrication methods to meet design intent and budget.
Conduct initial site inspections to assess installation requirements, structural fixing points and dimensional constraints.
Collaborate closely with the internal estimating, production and installation teams to ensure client specifications are executed perfectly and profit margins are maintained.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, trade partners and commercial builders to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3-5 years proven sales or business development experience preferably within the print and signage industry.
Understanding of how 3D signs, built-up letters, LEDs, and metal/acrylic fabrications are engineered, manufactured and installed
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Active drivers licence for client visits and site surveys
