About The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of ASI's end-to-end recruitment function on a full-time, permanent basis, based in our Sydney (NSW) office with hybrid flexibility. This is a role that combines cutting-edge sourcing with strong execution - you'll bring together market insight and future workforce needs to build pipelines before vacancies arise, and you'll be measured on real outcomes: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and a consistently strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

You'll play a genuine role in shaping ASI's employer brand and how it's experienced by every person who joins us.
What You'll Be Working On
Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across ASI, with a focus on IT and technical positions, from job brief through to offer and onboarding
Proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialist roles via direct search, referrals, job boards and professional networks
Partnering with hiring managers nationally to understand role requirements, team plans and market conditions
Managing external recruitment partnerships, including contract negotiations with agencies and job boards
Contributing to workforce planning as ASI grows and integrates new acquisitions
Supporting the ongoing development of ASI's Employee Value Proposition to strengthen candidate attraction
Keeping recruitment data and reporting accurate and up to date
A Bit About You
You're driven by results and take real ownership of the outcomes you're accountable for - you don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen. You bring a strategic mindset to sourcing, spotting opportunities and gaps before they become urgent, while staying hands-on with the day-to-day detail. You communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels of the business, and you're energised by fast-paced, growing environments where priorities shift. You take pride in continuously improving how things are done, rather than settling for "how it's always been."
Essential Criteria
Proven track record as an internal (in-house) recruiter within an IT, technology or managed services company

Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing candidates for technical and IT roles
Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to offer and onboarding
Experience supporting onboarding processes in partnership with a HR team
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and priorities in a fast-paced, growing business
Desirable Criteria
Exposure to workforce planning and employer branding / EVP activities
Familiarity with an ATS/HRIS - Employment Hero experience an advantage
Experience recruiting across a nationally or internationally distributed workforce
