The Prospect
An exciting prospect has arisen for an
Associate or Senior Associate with experience in Owners Corporation and/or strata law
to join a growing specialist practice in Melbourne.
This is an opportunity to work across a genuinely interesting mix of
Owners Corporation disputes, property damage, building defects, governance issues and insurance-related matters
, rather than being confined to one particular area of practice.
You will act for Owners Corporations, strata insurers, strata managers and committees, providing both litigation and advisory support across a broad range of matters.

About You
You will ideally have
3+ years' PAE
and experience in Owners Corporation, strata or related property litigation.
You may be an experienced Owners Corporation lawyer looking to take the next step, or a strong litigator with relevant exposure who is keen to specialise further in this area.
