We're currently on the lookout for a Financial Accountantin a full-time role supporting our clients and as a vital member of our team. This is a client-facing role based on building strong relationships and assisting our clients both professionally and personally. You are entrusted with being welcoming, responsive and knowledgeable so they continue to receive the best service possible. To achieve this you are a Chartered Accountant / Chartered Professional Accountant with at least 2 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. A great team-player and communicator who genuinely enjoy meeting recent people. You have a can-do attitude with the ability to quickly grasp new challenges and come up with solutions that will often change day-to-day. An individual who is savvy, motivated and blends maturity with a bright personality.
Responsibilityof the end-to-endAccounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Credit Control processes and monthly P&L; for multiple companies;




Assessment and processing of credit applications and analysis to manage risk with the assist of Creditor Watch;
Daily reconciliations accounts and timely collection of customer account payments within strict specified terms;
Maintain records of outstanding debts and make arrangements to follow up of outstanding and bad debts;
Reconcile overdue debts via email/telephone and organise debt collection/recovery;
Data entry of Customer Master data and other relevant records;
Managing a client base across glass industries and building lasting relationships with clients and treating them like VIPs;
Providing support, tax and business advice, Cash Flow Forecast, Yearly Budgeting Analysis;
Being responsible for compliance work such as preparing financial statements, income tax returns and business activity statements (BAS) for a range of clients;
Stablish and improve end to end cash management reporting including:
Completion and delivery of monthly and quarterly cashflows
Prepare budget / actual analysis of cash movements
Provide insight and commentary around cash for Board reporting
Using accounting software including Xero + Creditor Watch and our own software LISEC
