Who are we?
We're excited to be partnering with a
leading Christian education organisation in Melbourne's West
to find a
People & Culture Administrator

With approximately 500 staff across two campuses and an exciting period of growth ahead, the organisation is continuing to invest in its People & Culture capability and build the systems, processes and foundations needed to support its people into the future.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years' Australian HR experience who wants broad exposure across the employee lifecycle while being part of a warm, supportive and purpose-led environment.
You'll join a People & Culture function that is evolving, giving you the opportunity to support the day-to-day while also improving processes, introducing greater structure and contributing to how the function develops.

You'll also enjoy working in an environment that is continuing to evolve. You don't need every process to already be perfectly documented – you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, bringing some structure and helping improve the way things are done.
You'll be someone who is drawn to working within a Christian environment and sees this as an prospect to bring together your
HR experience, faith and desire to serve others
.
