Due to their expanding project pipeline, they are seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to develop their technical capabilities and gain exposure to large-scale projects while working alongside highly experienced professionals.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Consultants to support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
You will gain hands‐on experience across cost planning, measurement, procurement and contract administration while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to establish a long-term career within a highly respected consultancy environment.
DUTIES
Assist with measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities
Support tendering and procurement processes
Assist with variations, progress claims and financial reporting
Conduct contract administration support services
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
Attend site inspections and project meetings
Work collaboratively with the senior team to ensure project deadlines and budgets are achieved
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
2-5 years of quantity surveying experience highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
Motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
