Our client is seeking a Procurement Officer on a contract basis to join their team in Sydney, NSW.
The role will be part of a large Defence Naval Program.
We are looking for someone who can commit to 6-12+ months contract with the opportunity to extend.
The Role:
Experience in a Defence / Naval / Maritime setting
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement outcomes with project delivery needs
Supply Chain Management
Logistics
Purchasing and Purchase Orders
ERP systems
Required:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with MILIS / SAP
Australian Citizen
Security Clearance (BASELINE MINIMUM)
Exposure to complex engineering or technical procurement environments
