In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Sales Representatives (BSRs) dedicated to expanding our client's business platform network!
Your core focus will be driving new customer acquisition, boosting platform engagement, and empowering your team to consistently hit their targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Taking full ownership of your region, you will manage performance across key sales metrics, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.

About you:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience, with proven experience managing and leading field sales teams.
Leadership Style:
A strong focus on in-field coaching, performance management, and building a high-performance culture.
Sales DNA:
Highly developed negotiation skills, results-oriented drive, and a knack for active listening and rapport building.
Tech Savvy:
High computer literacy with experience enforcing CRM discipline (real-time reporting and data accuracy).
Adaptability:




The energy and resilience to manage large volumes of clients and adapt swiftly to a changing corporate environment.
A current, valid driver's license and the flexibility to undertake regional travel if required .
Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Sales/Marketing or experience in Finance/Telco/IT
