What will I be doing?
Responsible for updating quality procedures, including ISO procedures.
Maintaining the asset database and training matrix.
Ensuring laboratory equipment is calibrated and ordering laboratory reagents and consumables.
Working with the Head of Environment and Industrial Risk and the Senior Technical Plant Engineer to ensure quality procedure documents are maintained in line with regulatory changes.
Providing general administration support, including booking hotels, fleet administration, paying toll charges, and processing invoices.
What are the requirements?
We're looking for a candidate with previous office management experience.
Someone who has worked in a busy, time-critical environment and has the ability to work independently, as well as being a robust team player.
Someone with the desire to explore, challenge, and improve current processes.
Excellent knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
