We're looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to join our ever-evolving Information Technology team and help us unleash the potential of every business.What you'll ownThe purpose of the Senior Integration Consultant is to ensure that the Payments' products service functionality is properly documented and selected to meet the partner's specifications and requirements, resulting in a fully successful deployment of Global Payments Integration.This role also partners closely with the Partner Acquisition Team to drive solution design, documenting best practice and integration guardrails in the form of a scope of work, setting the customer up for success.Key Accountabilities1.
Integration Delivery & ImplementationLead end-to-end API integration implementations and certification for enterprise merchants and ISV partnersConfigure and manage technical sandboxes, testing, and onboarding workflowsExecute implementations aligned to SOWs, scope, and integration designProvide hands-on support for troubleshooting, validation, QA, and go-live readinessEnsure integrations meet product, compliance, and go-to-market requirementsManage risks, dependencies, and escalation throughout the delivery lifecycle2.
Presales & Customer DiscoveryLead technical discovery workshops with partners and enterprise customers to gather business and integration requirementsPartner with Sales during RFI/RFP processes, deal qualification, and solution shapingAct as a trusted advisor in defining customer success criteria and technical approachDeliver technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution walkthroughsSupport revenue growth by aligning solutions to commercial strategy and customer outcomes3.
Solution Architecture (API-First)Design scalable, API-first architectures for payment and platform integrationsDefine integration patterns, data flows, authentication models, and system interactionsLead solution and architecture workshops with partner engineering teamsEnsure solutions are fit-for-purpose, reusable, and aligned to product capabilitiesProvide thought leadership on API design, integration strategies, and best practicesContribute to architecture templates, documentation, and reusable patterns4.
Statement of Work (SOW) & Solution DefinitionOwn and contribute to SOW creation, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and assumptionsProvide effort estimation, delivery planning,



and technical validationEnsure alignment between customer expectations, commercial outcomes, and delivery feasibilityClearly define scope boundaries and integration constraints5.
Partner & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the technical voice of the partner internally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and OperationsBuild strong, long-term relationships with ISVs, enterprise customers, and stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level stakeholdersProvide proactive updates, manage expectations, and drive alignment6.

the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times.Other related duties as assigned.Induction training relating to policy and procedures, workplace health and safety and administrative systems will be provided to successful candidates on appointment.
Additional training in relation to IT systems and software will also be provided to successful candidates where necessary.What you'll bringEssential Skills and Experience:Extensive hands-on experience with APIs including RESTful, JSON/XML, Authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, Basic Auth), Webhooks and event-driven patternsProven experience delivering API-led integrations and partner onboarding within SaaS, fintech, or complex enterprise environmentsStrong experience in solution architecture and system integration designDemonstrated ability to lead technical discovery and architecture conversationsExperience supporting presales and customer-facing engagementsExpertise in SOW creation, scoping, and estimationExperience with API tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPIUnderstanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patternsFamiliarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms and enterprise system landscapesStrong commercial acumen and ability to align solutions to business outcomesExcellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiencesProven stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experienceHighly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilityAbility to operate across sales, architecture, and delivery seamlesslyExperience working with ISV partners and platform integrationsDesired Skills and Experience:Basic SQL/data analysis capabilityPayments, fintech, or high-volume transaction environmentsExposure to PCI DSS or regulated environmentsSoftware development backgroundAbout the teamOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
