About the Role:
As our Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience.
Greeting customers at reception
Managing phone and email enquiries
Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors
Providing skilled updates and follow-ups




Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception
Strong admin and accounts background
Experience in the automotive repair industry is a huge plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and process-oriented
Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic
Confident using computers and business software
A friendly, team-focused attitude and positive energy!
