We're searching for an experienced Health, Safety Training Advisor to join our site team.

Permanent, site-based role working a back-to-back 8/6 roster- 3 hours from Mackay or Rockhampton Camp accommodation and meals provided Career growth development opportunities Variety across training, safety and compliance activities Your Day-to-Day Working closely with the Project Manager and site leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving both safety and training performance across the operation.
You'll deliver and maintain training programs, competency assessments and safety documentation while providing guidance and coaching to leaders on safety systems, compliance and best practice.
You'll monitor,



track and report on safety and training performance, lead incident investigations and corrective actions, conduct audits, inspections and assist with injury management.
You'll also ensure all personnel are mobilised correctly, training records remain current and site compliance requirements are consistently met.
