: ****** Location: Clayton campus Employment Type: Full-time Duration: Continuing appointment Remuneration: $124,343 - $137,251 pa HEW 8 plus 17% employer superannuation Amplify your impact at a world top 50 University Join our inclusive, collaborative community Be surrounded by extraordinary ideas - and the people who discover them The Opportunity The Governance portfolio in the Office of the Faculty of Education is seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to lead the development and implementation of faculty-wide professional accreditation and quality assurance strategies, frameworks and processes.
The role will oversee end-to-end accreditation activities, including the preparation and submission of accreditation and re-accreditation documentation, management of complex approval processes, and ensuring compliance with professional accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with academic leaders and professional staff, the Accreditation Manager will provide expert advice on accreditation requirements and their impact on curriculum, assessment, professional experience and program delivery.
The role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen quality assurance practices, manage accreditation risks and establish effective processes to support evidence-based decision-making and ongoing regulatory compliance.
As the successful candidate, you will have a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training, with extensive experience working in complex,



regulated environments and providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
You will have highly developed analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, develop innovative solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will demonstrate the ability to build robust relationships, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and work autonomously with sound judgement and initiative.
