BBDisability & Health Services in Wollongong NSW is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage daily disability accommodation services (SIL) and lead a team of support workers. The role requires coordinating service delivery, liaising with participants, families and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality care outcomes.
You will report to the Team Coordinator, work Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, and uphold NDIS Practice Standards, WHS, and continuous quality improvement within a
