The Opportunity We are seeking a solution‐driven, results‐oriented Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Reconstruction team in NSW.
Based in Sydney Metro and reporting to the Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting surgical procedures across our Hip and Knee portfolios, working closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre teams to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities * Delivering high‐quality in‐theatre clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons, including in‐servicing, workshops, and education for hospital teams * Developing and maintaining strong qualified relationships with Surgeons and theatre staff, identifying opportunities and referring leads to the Sales team * Partnering closely with Product Specialists to drive product uptake, supporting launches, demonstrations, evaluations, and rollouts * Maintaining exceptional clinical and product expertise through continuous learning, ensuring clinical excellence and a consistently high standard of customer experience About You * Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.),
