About the opportunity This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for strengthening the customer operations and supply function.
You will lead teams across customer operations and supply, including clinical bookings and demand planning, while partnering with executive, commercial, inventory, warehouse and clinical stakeholders.
You will establish fit-for-purpose departmental structures, improve reporting and data visibility, and translate customer and account trends into practical operational decisions.
With ownership of forecasting, systems, processes and divisional KPI strategy, you will build a scalable operating model that improves service, supply performance and business-wide decision-making.
The role will initially require hands-on learning of products, systems and workflows before moving into a broader strategic leadership focus.
