Job Description Must Have Skills: Understanding of the Contact Center domain 5+ years of total experience 2+ years of hands-on Cyara experience Solid experience with: Cyara Velocity Cyara Pulse Cyara Cruncher Cyara Automated Regression Testing o Voice and Digital Channel Automation Nice to Have Skills: Detailed Job Description Experienced Cyara Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Cyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service environments.
The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contact center technologies and integrations.
