We are looking for confident, capable and highly organised people to join our Perth Trustee Operations team.
This is an opportunity to build valuable professional experience within a sophisticated financial services environment while working in an area that has genuine purpose and impact.
You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting the administration of Native Title Trusts.
The work is fast-paced and wide-ranging, combining high-volume enquiries with detailed administration, problem solving and the consistent application of trust policies and procedures.
You don't need previous trustee experience.
We'll teach you the technical side.
What matters is that you learn quickly, communicate confidently, use good judgement and can work accurately at pace.
About the role As an Officer - Trustee Operations, you'll spend much of your day speaking directly with beneficiaries by phone, as well as assisting people in person when required, while managing a high volume of applications, enquiries and administrative matters.
Some conversations are straightforward.
Others can be complex or challenging.
You'll need to listen and explain requirements clearly, while using good judgement, setting appropriate boundaries and working consistently within the terms of the trust.
It's a role is ideal for someone who can combine empathy with professionalism: understanding each beneficiary's needs, explaining what can be supported and helping them navigate the appropriate process.
You'll also work in an environment where people share knowledge, give each other feedback and continually learn.




You'll need to be comfortable asking questions, taking feedback on board and adapting quickly.
What you'll do In this role, you will: Respond confidently and professionally to beneficiary enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Guide beneficiaries through distribution applications and explain requirements clearly.
Process a high volume of applications accurately and efficiently.
Review information and supporting documentation.
Apply established policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
Identify when a matter requires escalation and involve senior team members appropriately.
Work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
About you You may currently work in professional services, administration or another fast-paced client service environment.
You don't need to have done this exact role before.
What matters most is your approach to work and your ability to learn.

Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with people.
Enjoy working at pace and having plenty to do.
