We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team and support the preparation and delivery of fresh, high-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a range of café-style breakfast and lunch meals and other menu items.
Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards to maintain consistent food quality.
Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation before and during service.
Ensure food is stored, labelled and handled in accordance with food safety requirements.
Maintain clean and organised kitchen, cooking and preparation areas.
Monitor ingredient levels and report stock shortages when required.
Minimise food wastage through appropriate preparation and portion control.
Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
Qualifications Experience To be considered for this role, applicants should possess: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent relevant qualification.




Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen.
Experience preparing breakfast, lunch and café-style meals.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling practices.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Strong time-management, communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Availability to work mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.
