About the Opportunity Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the CFO will be a key strategic partner across the Group, combining strong financial stewardship with commercial leadership,



enterprise thinking and a genuine focus on creating long-term value.
The CFO will lead the Group's financial strategy and performance across its Australian and international operations, providing transparent commercial insight and constructive challenge to support sound decision-making.
Key areas of responsibility include: Partnering with the CEO, Board and Executive Management Team on Group strategy, annual business planning, budgets, forecasts and the long-term financial outlook.
Leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, treasury, cash flow, capital allocation and working capital.
Ensuring accurate, timely and decision-helpful management and statutory reporting across the Group.
Maintaining a strong financial control, governance, audit and risk workplace in an ASX-listed organisation.
Providing clear and forward-looking reporting to the Board and Audit
