As Store Manager, you will take ownership of a large-format retail environment with multiple departments, high customer traffic and a busy shop floor that requires strong leadership presence, operational structure and clear direction.
What You'll Be Responsible For: Leading from the front on the shop floor Managing a large retail team across weekdays and weekends Driving customer service standards and team accountability Coaching, mentoring and performance management Rostering and supporting daily operations Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards Managing stock flow and floor coverage Creating structure, consistency and strong store culture Being the key leader staff turn to for support and direction What We're Looking For: You may currently be a: Store Manager Department Manager Large-format retail leader Big box retail operator We want to speak with leaders who come from:
