How You'll Shine The Head Chef is responsible for running the day to day operation of the kitchen, planning and designing menus that are in line with financial goals and is appealing to all guests, providing Food and Beverages in a timely and professional manner.
This is a full time position, 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate the Kitchen Department according to budget, complete monthly Food and Beverage performance review Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in the HACCP principles and the local guidelines for catering establishments.
Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health
