Job Description About the role...
As Night Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering a 5-star service to our valued guests.
As the first and last point of contact, you'll set the standard for excellence by offering warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.
This is a part-time position with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.
Providing exceptional customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with any inquiries at the Front Desk.
Ensuring effective communication during handovers at the start and end of each shift, keeping everyone in the loop.
Proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications About you...
Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a high volume hotel, 200+ rooms Proven experience with PMS: Opera cloud highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills, communication and time management skills Strong Microsoft office skills and an excel expert Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
Positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.




Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing guest needs.
Possess a proactive and resourceful approach with high level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to work evening shifts 11pm – 7am over a rotating roster as per business needs, including weekends and public holidays Willingness to obtain or have a current QLD RSA and First Aid Certificate Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance desirable however not essential Excellence in your field and the demonstrated ability to act as a true ambassador for our Hotel.
Strong team player Must hold unlimited work rights in Australia.
