operating heavy ancillary and production mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Tropicana.
Responsibilities Safe, efficient operation of heavy ancillary and production equipment Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values Help teammates, share knowledge and support a solid crew culture What You'll Bring Experience in mining operating the following equipment: Dozers - CAT D11 | D10 | 854K Wheel Dozer Loaders - CAT 993 | 992 Graders - CAT 18M | 16M Dump Trucks - CAT 793F Excavators - CAT **** | **** or Hitachi **** (highly desired but not essential) Strong safety focus and ability to speak up A team mindset and reliable work ethic Commitment to contributing to a positive culture Why Macmahon?
