About You




'experienceinmanualcreditassessment,youbring deeptechnicalknowledgeacrossbothresidentialandcommerciallending,ideally includingexposuretoSMSFstructures.
Youhaveacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheend‐to‐endmortgageprocessandare comfortableassessingcomplexlendingscenarioswhilebalancingcommercial (suchas DLA,DCAorCAD)reflectsyoursoundjudgement,attentiontodetail,andstrongrisk awarenesswithinthefinancialservicesenvironment.
Yourdecision‐makingisunderpinnedbyasolidunderstandingofregulatoryand complianceframeworks,includingtheNationalCreditCodeProtectionAct,PrivacyAct andAML/,youholdaBachelor‐levelqualificationinFinance, Economics,orarelateddiscipline,withadditionalindustrycertificationssuchasa CertificateIVinFinanceandMortgageBrokingorCreditManagementconsidered advantageous.
