JK Personnel is partnering with one of the world's largest service companies, working alongside one of Australia's biggest banks to meet the diverse needs of over one million customers throughout their financial journeys. These long-term roles offer the chance to showcase your customer service and technical skills in a supportive, team-based environment.
The Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll make inbound and outbound calls with customers to ensure their account applications and documents are accurate and up to date. You'll also audit customer documents to support seamless application processing. You'll receive comprehensive training over a 4-week period, followed by ongoing mentoring from experienced team leaders.
These casual roles require full-time availability, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. Shifts are 8 hours in duration and scheduled between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Flexibility to work across both our Barangaroo and Parramatta offices is essential. Hybrid work-from-home arrangements are offered after 3 to 4 months, based on performance and operational needs.

Role Requirements




Comfortable making calls and following scripts or established processes
Previous experience in customer service roles
Strong IT skills and ability to learn multiple applications
Proven ability to provide accurate and timely updates to customers
Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of banking processes such as customer identification
Financial or insurance administration experience desirable
KYC experience highly regarded
