The Role & Your Requirements
About the role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency repairs and maintenance of all types of construction equipment and components.
This front-line position would suit a person in a similar role or someone looking to further their career.
A mechanical trade background is essential.
The ability to work in a fast paced role will be required.

Communicating with customer for repairs and maintenance
Proactively scheduling and supporting a Group of Field Service Technicians
Compiling and completing accurate reporting including quotes
Working as a team to manage your time, your teams time and maximise efficiency
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, conducting monthly toolbox meetings
Work alongside a high performing team,

Skills & experience
Experienced in customer and staff communications
Previous experience working with a group of Field Service Technicians
A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic
Ability to pass a pre-employment D&A; screen and functional assessment
