Full time |up to12-month fixed term opportunity
Lead a high-performing branch cluster, develop your leadership capability and be part of a customer-owned bank committed to supporting regional communities.
We are seeking aBranch Leader to lead our Tamworth,Manillaand Walcha branch cluster for a 12-month period.This opportunity may suit an external applicantseekinga fixed termrole, or an existing Regional Australia Bank employee interested in a secondment.
Remuneration starts from$90k totalremunerationpackage, inclusive of superannuation and leave loading, with the final offer to be based on skills and experience.
This isa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys leading people, buildingcapabilityand creating positive customer experiences.
Formal leadership experience is valuable, but natural leadership aptitude,confidenceand a genuine interest in supporting others are just as significant.
You'llbe hands-on when needed, but your key focus will be leading with presence — coaching your team, supportingperformanceand helping resolve customer or employee matters constructively.

Whatyou'llbe doing
Lead, coach and support frontline teams across Tamworth,Manillaand Walcha.
Build a safe,inclusiveand positive team environment.
Manage branch operations, staffing, customer flow,riskand compliance.
Support quality customer conversations,referralsand local action plans.
Step in when needed to support day-to-day customer service.
About you
You may come from banking, customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, communityleadershipor another people-focused environment.
What matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, takeinitiativeand support others to succeed.
You'llbringsound judgement,apracticalleadershipstyleandthe confidence toguide your teamthrough day-to-day priorities.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll need
Relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills or experience suited to the role.
ASIC Tier II Statement of Attainment, or willingness and ability to obtain this upon commencement.
Strong communication, coaching and customer service capability.
A current driver's licence and ability to travel across the branch cluster.
For internal applicants, support for secondment release may be considered as part of the process.
