Care Manager – Residential Aged Care

Ready to take on a challenge and make a real impact? We are seeking a switched-on, clinically strong and driven Care Manager to join a medium-sized residential aged care facility near Bankstown. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys taking on challenges, building strong teams and making a genuine difference. You'll be joining a supportive and highly collaborative environment with significant access to Head Office expertise and resources.
About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead the clinical and care team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is confident clinically, proactive in their approach and motivated by the opportunity to improve outcomes. The home has a strong cultural identity, so Arabic language skills and an understanding of the community and its culture would be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
$120,000 – $140,000 + Superannuation
Residential aged care facility with less than 80 beds
Significant support from experienced Head Office leaders with direct access to Governance, People & Culture, HR and Operations

You won't be expected to tackle challenges alone. You'll have significant support from Head Office and work closely with senior leaders across Governance, People & Culture, HR and Operations, including the Governance GM, People & Culture GM and COO. About You
We're looking for someone who is more than just a manager — you'll be a clinical leader, problem solver and go-getter.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
3–5 years' experience in residential aged care or a similar clinical environment
Previous leadership or Care Manager experience
Strong clinical knowledge and a hands-on approach
Excellent understanding of clinical governance, quality and compliance
The confidence to tackle challenging situations and drive positive change
Strong communication and people-management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
