Working in our internal studio team, this role turns briefs,insightsand intelligence into static, carousel and short form video thatdoesn't just lookgood,it performs!

What you bring:
A portfolio that proves you can design at pace across static,carouseland videotomake each oneearnits place in the feed
Experience producing highvolume, platformnative creative for Meta, TikTok and Google, including A/B and multivariate variations
Fluency in performance creative,you think in CTR, hook rate, CVR and CPL, not just "does it look nice"
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Express)
Experienceusing AIassistedtools to speed up ideation and production
The instinct to turn a brief andinsightsinto something peopleactually stopfor
An eye for detail that covers brand,accuracyand compliance
Sharp knowledge of paid social specs, formats and policies across Meta,TikTokand Google Ads
The communication andorganisationto thrive when the volumeishigh and the pace is fast
A habit of diggingintoinsightsto spot trends and sharpen the next round of creative
Experience in financial services,insuranceor another regulated industry
