Agrifutures is seeking a practical Maintenance Manager for a hands-on, end-to-end maintenance function at a manufacturing site in Recent South Wales.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead maintenance activities, manage planning via CMMS (MEX) and ensure compliance with Worksafe, food safety, quality and EPA requirements.
You will work with a small team and contractors to drive reliability, control budgets and capital works, manage spares, and deliver CI projects to reduce downtime and cost.
