We're looking for a Store Manager for our
Yarrawonga Provedore

About the Role:
Are you a natural relationship-builder with a sharp eye for brand consistency? We are seeking a
Customer Experience & Brand Coordinator
to ensure every customer interaction is warm, responsive, and unmistakably Rich Glen.
Reporting to the
Head of Brand & Communications
, you will split your time between championing customer care and supporting exciting marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and partnerships. This highly collaborative role bridges customer service and brand administration, connecting internal teams to deliver a seamless brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional Customer Care:
Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, website, and social media. Turn complex inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns into positive, loyal brand experiences.
Insights & Improvement:
Maintain the Customer Experience Register and prepare monthly reports. Analyse customer trends to optimise the journey using a "receive → resolve → record → analyse → improve" mindset.
Brand Coordination:
Provide administrative support for events, activations, and promotional campaigns.



Coordinate gifting and product samples for influencers, media, and brand partners.
Brand Consistency:
Collaborate internally to align customer service communications with the Rich Glen tone of voice. Share actionable customer feedback with Brand, E-commerce, Retail, and Warehouse teams.
Systems & Data Integrity:
Confidently use business systems to manage inquiries, orders, and credits. Maintain real-time records and responsibly leverage digital tools and practical AI solutions to improve workflow.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Background in customer service, customer experience, brand coordination, or marketing administration.
Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build immediate rapport, confidence, and trust.
Experience managing customer inquiries and complaints through to complete resolution with empathy and sound judgment.
Outstanding coordination skills to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and detailed asset tracking.
Highly proficient with Google Workspace and a fast learner of e-commerce and customer databases.
Experience within a premium consumer, retail, food, beauty, skincare, hospitality, or lifestyle brand.
Exposure to CRM platforms, influencer gifting, PR, or partnership coordination.
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools and automated business systems.
A genuine interest in regional business, agriculture, and the Rich Glen story.
