The Organisational Change Manager will lead planning, implementation and evaluation of change activities across multiple projects in a major digital and cyber program for the Queensland Government.
You will develop change strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, drive business readiness and training, and collaborate with project managers and senior leaders.
Experience in ICT/digital transformation and government or regulated environments is highly regarded.
